Meet Our Staff

Anita Flores, Director of Human Resources, is a professional with 20+ years of human resource management experience. She has notable experience in strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development, and management coaching.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Central Washington University. Mrs. Flores is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) with a Professional Human Resources (PHR) designation/certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).

Anita enjoys spending time with her family and listening to music. She is married with three children, Vanessa, Christopher, and Angel. Anita also enjoys mentoring up-and-coming HR professionals where she shares her knowledge and passion for HR.
