To apply for admission into either the online or face-to-face Professional Certification (ProCert) program, you must apply to both Heritage University and to the program.  Candidates need to have at least 1.5 years of full-time teaching experience, not including substitute teaching, for admission into the program.

Applying to Heritage University
Please send the following materials, excluding the financial aid application, to: Heritage University, Office of Admissions, 3240 Fort Road, Toppenish, WA 98948

• Submit an Application for Admissions.
• Pay the $80 application fee ($150 for international students).
• Submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities previously attended.
• Complete and submit a Federal Application for Student Aid (FAFSA) and list Heritage University (#003777) if you would like to apply for financial aid.

Applying to the ProCert Program
Submit all ProCert program application materials to: Heritage University, Teacher Certification Program, 3240 Fort Road, Toppenish, WA 98948

• Complete and submit the ProCert Program Application.
• Submit a copy of your valid Washington State Residency Teaching Certificate.
• Submit a completed Provisional Status/Employer Support Verification Form.
