Earning a degree from Heritage University is one of the best and most important investments you can make. Every year, Heritage University provides scholarships to new, continuing and transfer students. Like grants, these scholarships do not need to be paid back.
The scholarship program at Heritage primarily serves students pursuing undergraduate degrees. There are academic, departmental, need-based, donor sponsored and non-resident scholarships available. You only need to submit one scholarship application. Heritage will automatically submit your application to each University scholarship for which you qualify.

- To be considered for any scholarship, applicant must be admitted as a matriculated (degree-seeking) student. Application for Undergraduate Admission is available at the Heritage University Admissions Office in the Student Services Building at 3240 Fort Road, Toppenish, WA 98948, Phone: (509) 865-8508 or apply online.
- Admitted and enrolled Heritage University students are qualified to apply for scholarships regardless if they are eligible to receive federal financial aid.
- In order to receive a Heritage University scholarship, applicants must be registered for a minimum of 6 credits per semester.
- Award amounts are reduced when scholarship recipients reduce their class load or withdraw from class.
- Completed applications must be submitted to the EAGLES Program located in the Student Services Building at Heritage University's Main Campus in Toppenish or to the Heritage University office on Regional Campuses by 5:00 p.m. on March 30, 2009.
Personal Statement
Provide a written statement about yourself that gives the Scholarship Application Review Committee a picture of you as and individual - your achievements, ambition and character - and explains how and why the events you describe have lead you to be a good candidate for receiving a Heritage University scholarship. Required Documents to Submit
A complete scholarship application consists of the following:
- Application - Must be typed or printed in black or blue ink. All incomplete applications or applications not typed or printed in black or blue ink will be disqualified.
- Evaluation Form (1) - Completed by an instructor or mentor and must be attached to the application in a signed and sealed envelope.
- Personal Statement - Must be double spaced, 12 pt font, and no less than 300 words and no more than 500 words.
