The College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) is a unique
educational program that helps students from migrant and
seasonal farmworking backgrounds succeed in college. CAMP
was established in 1972 and has helped thousands of students
accomplish their educational goals. CAMP offers pre-college
transition and first-year support services to help students
develop the skills they need to stay in school and successfully
graduate from college.
CAMP services include providing help with admissions, financial
aid and other university departments. We help students stay in
school and explore both academic and career choices. We provide
the information students need to make informed decisions in shaping
their futures. Once in the program, students are eligible for a
variety of services including financial assistance in the form of
stipends or tuition payments, mentoring, tutoring and other support
programs.
