- Please arrive at Heritage University by 10:00 a.m. with your academic regalia.
- Participants will congregate in rooms 2360 through 2366 in the Arts and Sciences Center. There will be space available to dress in your regalia and store your coat.
- Ushers will be on site to show your guests to their seats.
- A reception in the Arts and Sciences Center will immediately follow the ceremony.
