One of the final steps in the decision to hire employees at Heritage University is the completion of several employment screening activities. These may occur after you receive a conditional offer of employment.

Your employment offer is contingent upon the satisfactory outcome of the employment screening activities including a criminal history check, employment verification, and/or credentials check. The determination of “satisfactory” is at the sole discretion of the University. Please complete the Background Check Authorization Form for this process.
