Distinguished Artists, Authors, and Faculty in the Humanities
The video collection presents a lecture series devoted to enhancing the inclusion of American Indian and Chicano(a)/Lationa(0) visual art, literature, history, pilosophy, music, and dance in the humanities curriculum. The series was conducted with the support of the National Endowment for the Humanities 2009-10. The first video in the series presents author and visual artist Elizabeth Woody, while the second video features artists Lillian Pitt. The third artist to be features here is singer and drummer Chenoa Egawa.
