Loan Interviews

This step gives students important information on being a borrower, and is required even if a student has received federal Stafford or Direct student loans at a previous college. Federal Stafford student loan applications at Heritage University cannot be certified until borrowers have completed the initial loan counseling/entrance interview requirement.

This interview gives all the information required by federal regulations for student exit counseling, including an exit counseling online session. Detailed information includes: repayment options, capitalization, loan repayment rights and responsibilities, money management tips and cautionary advice about defaults.
