These instructions will lead you through the process you need to complete in order for NELA to release your loans to the University.
Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

Loan Interviews
This step gives students important information on being a borrower, and is required even if a student has received federal Stafford or Direct student loans at a previous college. Federal Stafford student loan applications at Heritage University cannot be certified until borrowers have completed the initial loan counseling/entrance interview requirement.
This interview gives all the information required by federal regulations for student exit counseling, including an exit counseling online session. Detailed information includes: repayment options, capitalization, loan repayment rights and responsibilities, money management tips and cautionary advice about defaults.
