Budget Adjustment Request Form

This form may be used to request an increase to your cost of attendance allowance if you feel you have expenses that may not have been taken into consideration, such as commuting expense, recent computer purchase, medical expenses not covered by insurance, etc.

Consortium Agreement

The consortium agreement allows a student to enroll in courses at another institution while working toward a degree or certification from Heritage University. Note that concurrent enrollment at another college does not mean that Heritage University will disburse aid on your behalf-see the Agreement for details and instructions.
