Heritage in the Community

Heritage University’s commitment to the communities we serve extends beyond its mission of providing quality education for students from the surrounding area.  A focus on community service is woven through the culture and classrooms at this institution. Faculty and staff members proudly serve on the boards of directors and committees of many nonprofit agencies.  Students take on projects ranging from building homes for low-income families, to providing financial education for Spanish, mono-lingual residents; to collecting and distributing food and other household items to people in need.

As an institution Heritage partners with local businesses and agencies to build solutions that address some of our communities’ biggest challenge, like economic development, health and safety, and, of course, education.
