To qualify for early selection, all classes and all documents, including transcripts must be complete in the application packet.
Early Selection Interview - Saturday, December 5, 2015
Final application deadline – Sunday, November 1, 2015
Classes must be completed by December 31, 2015 and a letter of “good standing” from the course instructor
(indicating the expectation of the student achieving a 3.0 or better) must accompany the application.
Final transcripts must be received by the Heritage University Registrar’s office no later than May 1, 2016.

Only complete applications will be accepted and forwarded to the Selection Committee.
We have a rolling admissions process. It is our practice to offer 25% of the seats after the first Selection Conference. The remaining seats will be offered to applicants from both Selection Conferences. The selected candidates will be offered seats via phone call.
*An acceptance fee is required from successful applicants. A non-refundable fee of $500 is payable after a student has been accepted to Physician Assistant Program at Heritage University. Payment is credited toward tuition upon matriculation. This deposit is required immediately upon receipt of the acceptance letter and if not received by Heritage University within two weeks of the date of the letter was mailed, it will be assumed the position in the class is relinquished and the next applicant on the waiting list will be notified of an available position.
