Lori Jones, MSN, RN is our current Interim Director of Nursing Education Department as of January 2013. Lori is full-time faculty and joined Heritage University 2011. Her specialties are OB Post-partum, Labor and Delivery, Pediatrics, ER, Critical Care/Cardiac, Home Health/Hospice, Triage, Medical/Surgical, Family Practice Community Health, Community Disaster Planning (NIMS certification level8), Research: Utilization of Evidence-Based Practice in Acute Care Settings, Barriers of Diabetic Teaching in Native American Populations, Nurse Educator. Lori obtained her Post-Masters Certificate in Nursing Education 2011, and her MSN in 2009.
Laura Morgan, RN, BSN, is getting her MSN at WSU. Laura is full-time faculty that joined Heritage University in 2009. Laura's specialties are Neurology, Orthopedics, Pediatric Home Health, Pediatric Mental Health, and Medical Nurse. Laura received her BSN in 2008.
Elaine Lopez, BSN, RN, is getting her MSN at WSU. Elaine is full-time faculty and joined Heritage University in 2011. Elaine's specialties are Oncology, Medical Surgical, Hospice, and Mental Health. Elaine MSN, ARNP August 2013.
Karla Greene, BSN, RN - Karla is adjunct faculty who joined Heritage University in 2009. Karla's specialties are Emergency Room, Labor and Delivery, Surgical, PACU, SWAT, Trauma, and Medical Nurse.
Jayne Beebe, MSN, RN - Jayne is adjunct faculty that has been teaching with Heritage University since 2008 and also works for WSU. Jayne's specialties are Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Medical Surgical and Mental Health, ARNP. Jayne received her MSN in 2008.
Donna Tuning, MSN, RN - Donna is adjunct faculty that has been teaching with Heritage University since 2012 and also works for WSU. Donna's specialties are Emergency Room, Trauma, CCU/ICU, Surgical, PACU, EMS, and Medical/Surgical.
Heritage University also provides an Administrative Assistant, Michelle May to support the program for maintaining student records, managing Nursing Education website, updating and maintain forms, ordering supplies and equipment, planning semester course lists and book lists, preparation of applicant form for Kaplan training and testing and student list for state licensure and to provide other needed assistance to the Director of Nursing Education. A Lab Assistant in the Science laboratories is employed to provide support for the lab science prerequisite courses.
