My name is Daylene Fiander and I was born and raised on the Yakama Reservation. After living in Seattle for a number of years, my son and I moved back to be closer to family. Prior to working at Heritage, I was a nanny for five years. I began at Heritage as a work study student and slowly moved up to helping in the classroom and working in the office. I have been a student at Heritage for 4½ years in Business Administration and due to graduate in May 2013. I hope my five year old son will see my hard work and remember how important school is, as he gets older. I love working around young children. They are my favorite age group. I love to watch them learn and experience new things. It's the neatest thing to watch!
